Do you offer design services?
We offer in-home design consultation for our clients upon request. The budget, space layout,furniture suggestions, fabrics, window treatments, floor treatments, accessories, can all be discussed. Usually, the designer will provide an appointment where ideas and a presentation specific to the individual client is discussed.

Do you have a protection plan?
Leopold’s offers Magi-Seal fabric protection. The benefits of this application are many, including protection against fading as well as most stains.

Do you offer upholstery services and window treatments?
Leopold’s is a full service design studio. We offer window treatments including draperies and blinds as well as custom upholstery, custom area rugs, carpeting and custom furniture. Any custom made product is specifically created just for you and is not returnable.

What payment types do you accept?
Leopold’s Fine Home Furnishings accepts cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.
Leopold’s offers 6 months no interest financing with our partners at Synchrony on approved credit.

We are happy to indicate that you can apply this offer to any purchase from Leopold’s including special order items.

Do you have a warranty?
Most manufacturers offer a 1 year warranty on manufacturer defects. Fabrics are not included in this policy. Please ask your designer for more information regarding your specific purchases.


Do you deliver and is there a charge?
At Leopold’s we offer a white- glove delivery service. Your items are inspected prior to delivery and blanket- wrapped before delivery to your home. Our delivery staff has many years of experience and expertise. We receive many complements on our delivery team. The delivery foreman will contact you by telephone to establish a convenient time frame for your busy schedule.

The standard delivery from the showroom floor or special order is usually at no additional charge within 30 miles of Brecksville, Ohio. Usually there is a graduated charge outside of the 30 mile radius. Please call to inquire. Leopold’s will charge to deliver a clearance item, as the price marked is already at a greatly reduced price. This fee- for a clearance delivery within the 30 mile radius, is usually $45.00.

Leopold’s can deliver out- of- state. Please consult your designer for more information.

What is the delivery time frame?
Leopold’s can usually schedule a delivery rapidly if the item is sold from our showroom floor. Special orders will depend on the manufacturer’s time frame.

The delivery of your items, after inspected, will be as immediate as possible within the week’s schedule. Saturday deliveries are not available at this time.

Can I pick up and handle my own delivery?
Of course you can take an item with you. It is very helpful if we can know that ahead of time so we may have it wrapped and ready for you ahead of time.

Other FAQ’S

Do you loan accessories and smaller items “on approval“ ?
Yes, Leopold’s is happy to loan items on a 3 day approval with the completed form and a credit card number. After three days, a non returned item will be charged to your credit card.

Do you let clients borrow fabrics?
Yes, Leopold’s is happy to loan fabric samples to view in your home. You will need to complete a form and leave your credit card number to take them home. There is a limit of 6 samples at a time. We have a 5 day loan policy for fabrics. After that, the credit card number you provided will be charged $15.00 per sample.
